A Legacy of Clinical Excellence and Health Advocacy

Dr. Valinda Nwadike

  1. Dr. Valinda Nwadike, MD, MPH, is a double board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology practitioner with over 24 years of experience on the front lines of maternal health. Her career is defined by a unique intersection of high-level surgical proficiency and a deep-seated commitment to public health. Having managed thousands of high-risk deliveries and complex gynecologic surgeries, Dr. Nwadike recognized that clinical skill alone cannot bridge the gap created by systemic healthcare disparities. Today, she leverages her extensive background—from her training at Johns Hopkins and Columbia University to her leadership as a Hospitalist Site Director—to advocate for minority women. Her work centers on the “Fourth Trimester,” ensuring that the transition from hospital to home is supported by culturally competent, data-driven, and accessible care models.
